Citrolim’s administrative offices are at its corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas, where three generations of the Readhimer family work together to provide the best customer service in the citrus business.
The production facility is located in Apatzingan, Michoacan, in the heart of Mexico’s Key lime producing region. Processing in Apatzingan has been under way since 1998, and Citrolim’s production volumes and capabilities have continued to expand since then.

Citrolim buys limes from a number of local farmers, but the company also has its own Mexican key lime orchard. This not only provides a measure of integration, but also helps Citrolim keep its fingers on the pulse of the local lime growing community and the factors affecting the current and future crops.
Citrolim has two Thermally Accellerated Short Term Evaporation (T.A.S.T.E.) units on-site in Apatzingan for the manufacture of its concentrated lime juice products.
